CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your appointment online, by phone, e-mail or in person 24 hours prior to your treatment. Failing this 24-hour-cancellation notice may result in a full treatment fee. Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full treatment price. This fee is to be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Consideration will be given upon circumstance.

If you would prefer to approach the problem of health preventively, then a "wellness osteopathy" session will suit you.
If you feel a problem, then you are most likely, should choose "osteopathic treatment".

 

Anyway, you would be able to discuss it beforehand during your first visit assessment with a manual osteopath.

At the moment there are two possible procedures:

 

- Manual osteopathy (1 hour) - 100 CAD (+ taxes)
- Manual osteopathy (30 min) - 65 CAD (+ taxes)

 

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT: CASH, CHEQUE

 

INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT:

We do not offer direct billing, but our receipts should be claimable by your insurance (depending on your individual plan). Your receipts are tax-deductible as medical expense. Additionally, Manitoba Osteopathic Association is working on registering with all insurances. So far, no insurance officially covers our manual osteopathy treatments.
